By Bidding on any of our Auctions you Agree to the Following Terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime without notification. Please read and consider all terms before bidding or buying.

Shipping Cost	· Please see the "Shipping and payment details" section below for Cost · If the cost of shipping is not listed in the auction, the actual shipping charge will be calculated during checkout
Sale Terms	· Contact Must be Made within 7 (seven) Days of the end of auction. If payment is not received with in 7 (seven) days a payment dispute will be opened on Ebay. · Payment Arrangement must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of the end of auction · Transactions not completed within 15 (fifteen) days: buyer will be given negative feedback and Item will be relisted. · We reserve the right to restrict sales to members for any reason. · Sales to buyers in Oklahoma are subject to a 7.5% sales tax unless proof of exception is provided prior to the ending of the auction. · All items are new unless otherwise specified in the auction description · We reserve the right to restrict sales to any member who’s EBay account is not in good standing.
Warranty	· We guarantee against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) · All Items have a manufacturer's one (1) year warranty unless stated otherwise in the auction description. · Misuse or acts of nature are not covered under warranty · We will replace DOA products at no charge · Damaged or tampered items will be returned to you with no refund · All parts, original packaging, and manuals must be returned to receive refund.
Returns	· Returns are available only if specified in the auction description. · Returns must be requested no later than 3 (three) days of delivery · All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. · Shipping fees are not refundable · Fees for shipping returns are the responsibility of the buyer · All returns must be in good condition (unless defective) to receive full credit. · We will pay shipping cost for errors on our part · All returns must have a RA (Return Authorization) number or the package will be refused · Exchanges are not available on electronic Equipment for reasons other than conditions listed in these terms. · Software can not be exchanged or returned for any reason due to copyright restrictions · Returns and refunds will be granted at our discretion.
